No questions asked. It does not get better than this. Here’s how we unconditionally guarantee your purchase. When you receive the product, you have one week to determine if you are satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, price, or with our service for any reason, then simply contact us at email@example.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided. Place this RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. A full credit of the merchandise purchase price, will be issued upon us receiving it. It’s that simple.
Damaged Products during shipment.
If you receive cigars, humidors, cutters, cases, lighters or any other cigar accessories that was damaged during shipment, immediately contact UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (depending on the carrier who delivered the box) and report it. After reporting the damage to the carrier contact us . We will promptly replace the shipment free of any charges to you.
